Workshop II Working Papers

This volume represents research from of nearly every department or unit within George Mason University, our partner institution James Madison University, and scholarship from academicians and professionals from numerous entities across the United States. In the tradition of the first volume, published in 2003, it reflects the state of the art in critical infrastructure protection research and practice in the disciplines of technology, law, economics, and policy. The contributions presented here range from preliminary reports to working papers to findings from already completed projects.
